Thoughts and words are creative. Actions are too and if you act in a way that says you want to be fit or successful or have money then your thoughts, words and actions are in accord and you are sure to have the experience of this wanting. If you repeat a thought, or say a word, over and over again – not once, not twice, but dozens, hundreds and thousands of times, the creative power of that affirmation is incredible. A thought or a word expressed and expressed and expressed becomes just that EXPRESSED. It becomes your physical reality.

Affirmations work only when they are statements of something you already know to be true. So if now there is something you choose to experience in your life, do not “WANT” it “CHOOSE IT”.  Fully, not half-heartedly.

Every cell of your body changes every several years, as you are aware we are just a mass of energy a mass of matter, energy crystallised to form matter. You are quite simply not the same person you were a few years ago.

So if you think thoughts of illness or disease or continuing anger, hatred and negativity, your body will translate these thoughts into physical form.

This isn’t some new teaching that I am sending you this is there for you to see, take a look at your own thoughts and see where they take you and how you feel from the result of them and in turn the people you attract and meet along the way. People will see this negative, sick being and they will say “What’s the matter”??? But we do not realise how accurate that question is!!!!

We need to remind – literally RE–MIND – so we can remember once again Who We Are and then Choose Who We wish to BE, with out having to copy other peoples beliefs and desire but do truly what we want.

Go ahead and do what you really love to do! Do nothing else! You have so little time, How can you think of wasting a moment doing something for a living you don’t like to do? What kind of living is that, that is not living that is dying!  If you say “but  “I have others who depend on me, mouths to feed, a spouse who is looking to me for things / expectations: If you insist your life is about what your body is doing, you do not understand your SELF. At least do something that pleases you that speaks of Who YOU Are. At least then you can stay out of and away from resentment and anger toward those we blame and imagine are keeping us from our JOY.

You have the right to your Joy, children or no children, partner or no partner, seek it, find it and you will have a joyful family, no matter how much money you make or don’t make, and if they are not joyful and get up and leave you then release them with LOVE to seek their own JOY.

I have adapted this from some reading into my own and sent this to you not to preach and not to change your mind sets unless you so decide and choose to, this self learning that I send and believe is not a religion or a thing that you must believe in or do otherwise you will be condemned! it is just my belief and understanding from what I have experienced and read, this isn’t new writing we are not discovering this, its not a new thing, we are remembering what we have forgotten and as always if something rings home to me or I have seen it in others then I like to spread that to my loved ones, as it may help them to further their own experiences and maybe bring some love and joy into their world.

I don’t have the power!!!

Nonsense, we’ve the power and ability right now to end world hunger this minute, to cure diseases this instant!! What if I said our own medical profession holds back cures to numerous fatal diseases, refuses to approve alternative medicines and procedures because they threaten the very structure of the “healing” profession?? What if I told you that the governments of the world do not want to end world hunger?? Would you believe me??

No doctor wants to deny a cure; no countryman wants to see his people die!!

No individual doctor, that’s true. No particular countryman, that’s right but doctoring and politicking have become institutionalised, and it’s the institutions that fight these things, sometimes very subtly sometimes very unwittingly, but inevitably…. Because, to those institutions it’s a matter of survival.

And so to give you one very simple obvious example, doctors in the West deny the healing efficacies of doctors in the East because to accept them, to admit that certain alternative modalities might just provide some healing, would be to tear at the very fabric of the institution as it has structured itself. This is not malevolent, yet it is insidious. The profession doesn’t do this because it is evil it does it because it is scared, scared of trying something new scared of the unknown and scared of change pretty much like most of the population.

The only constant in life is change and we all instinctively avoid it. (got that from a friend not a book but I bet he may of read it in a book) I have started writing my own wisdom sayings I am sure some of you have heard them.

I have been thinking.

I feel that we all know what we really want at this time but we must take responsibility to meet our needs through our choices and not live in a dream world of the ideal that we want.

Life is about two things – Love and Fear.

If it feels good go with it and if it doesn’t, don’t.

The art is to learn to allow the world to just be, allowing everyone to be who they are without wanting to change them or the world. We are creators also co-creators and we are here on Earth to create.

We are all totally free to create the life we choose and if we are not enjoying it, change it.

We define ourselves by our own feelings of Joy.

Forget wanting other people to accept us and just trust that we are fine as you are. Lets not waste energy and create negative energy by talking of others and worrying about everyone else in the world. If we are moaning about others then we don’t want them in our life, so move them away from your reality, don’t paint them onto your canvas of life, don’t cast them in your film of life, the film that we are producing for ourselves.

The ultimate power is the power to create. Power of the mind.
